If your order has not been delivered then please contact our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us form as soon as possible. They will investigate further and will process the refund for you if your order can't be delivered. Please note that the funds will be refunded through the same payment method that you used to place the order. If you’ve paid by gift card, we will send out a gift card to your address that is on the file.
