If your delivery has failed you can rebook the delivery via the link provided in the failed delivery message. You can rebook up to 5 days into the future, from the second business day after the original delivery attempt.
For Standard Deliveries, failed deliveries will automatically be rebooked for delivery on the second business day from the original delivery day. For example, if the original delivery day was Monday, then it will be rebooked for delivery on Wednesday.
