You can use our Contact Us form to contact our Customer Service Team. You can fill this form to get answers for your unanswered enquiries and solutions for issues that you may be facing while using our website or app.
Please follow these steps to fill the Contact Us form:
- Open the Contact Us form.
- In the Your email address section, type your email address.
- In What can we help you with today? drop-down menu, select one of the following options:
- Products, Stock Availability & Placing Orders
- Payments, Promotions & Gift Vouchers
- Delivery & Pick Up from Store
- Order Issues
- Returns & Refunds
- Website Help, Accounts & Technical Assistance
- Events & Gifting
- Feedback - Compliments & Complaints
Depending on the option you choose, you will see the different And More Specifically….? options. For example, if you select the Products, Stock Availability & Placing Orders option, you will see the different options as seen in the image below.
- In the And More Specifically….? section, select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.
- In the Product Name section, type the product name and in the Your Postcode? section, type your postcode (Please enter the postcode of your closest store).
- In the Preferred Contact Method drop-down menu, select your preference between phone and email.
- In the Subject section, type the subject of your email and in the Tell us more section, type the details of your enquiry or request.
- In the Attachments section, click Add file to browse the image or file you want to attach or drag the image or file over the drop files here text to attach.
- Click Submit.
Once you have submitted the form successfully, one of our representatives will get back to you on your preferred method of communication.
