While delivering correct order at the earliest to our customers is our topmost priority, sometimes due to packaging error, some products might get mixed up. In case you have got a wrong item/product, we'll be more than happy to give you a refund or a replacement of the product. The fastest resolution is to go into your local store for a direct exchange or refund.
We recognise, however, that this will not be convenient for all customers. This being the case, we can organise a pick up of the wrong product. We can then either replace this with the correct item or provide a refund, at your discretion.
