After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email, with an order number. Alternatively, if you placed an order from your authenticated My Dan’s account, you can check the status of the order in any of the following ways:
- By clicking the ‘Track your order’ link mentioned in your order confirmation email.
- By selecting your account dropdown at the top right of the Dan Murphy’s website page where pending orders are displayed.
If you haven't received a confirmation email, or do not have a Dan Murphy's account to track your order, please contact our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us form, and they will confirm the status for you.
