While delivering correct order at the earliest to our customers is our topmost priority, sometimes due to packaging error, some products might get mixed up. In case an incorrect product is delivered to you, we'll be more than happy to offer you a refund or a replacement of the product. The fastest resolution is to go into your local store for a direct exchange or refund.
We recognise, however, that this will not be convenient for all customers. This being the case, we can organise a pick up of the incorrect product. We can then either replace this with the correct item or provide a refund, at your discretion.
