If you have purchased products in-store that turn out to be damaged, you will need to return to the store to have it replaced or refunded. If you have traveled far to get to the store, you can go to a more local store. We are always happy to help. If you scanned your Dan Murphy's card you will have an online reciept. If you did not and still have no reciept, that's okay, you can show us your payment! Unfortunately, we are unable to do anything online as it was an in-store purchase.
