Delivering products of the highest quality is our priority. In case you are delivered products that are nearing their expiration date or have already expired, then we'll be more than happy to offer you a refund or a replacement of the product. The fastest resolution is to go into your local store for a direct exchange or refund.
We recognise, however, that this will not be convenient for all customers. This being the case, we can organise a pick up of the incorrect product. We can then either replace this with the correct item or provide a refund, at your discretion.
