As a standard procedure with high fraud risk items such as tobacco and alcohol products, many of our online orders do have to be assessed manually by our online verification team, which can cause delays with the online ordering process. This can be due to many factors such as different information given for method of payment as compared to customer profile information, high value or first-time orders, overseas billing information, or orders containing tobacco products. For the protection of the cardholder, if the verification team is unable to contact the cardholder to authorise the validity of the purchase, then the order is canceled as a result of this assessment.
A refund of the money is returned to the cardholder's account within 2 - 5 business days.
