If your order is not delivered yet or is delayed, please don't worry. You will automatically receive notifications via email or SMS as your order progresses. You can also check the status of your order online by:
- Clicking the ‘Track your order’ link given in your order confirmation email.
If you have ordered products that are required to be delivered from different locations, (for example Direct from Supplier) your order will be shown split by delivery. For each delivery, there is a link provided to track it, once it has been packed.
- Visiting My Purchases on your account page.
- Selecting your account dropdown at the top right of the Dan Murphy's homepage. Your pending orders will be displayed within the dropdown. By clicking ‘View order details’ on any order, you can see its status.
You can also check here for the latest information regarding delivery timeframes and delays. Allow an additional 3-5 business days in case we are experiencing delays. You can also contact our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us form in case of concerns.
