Unfortunately, we are unable to specify the time that your order will be delivered. Our deliveries are generally attempted during business hours; however, this depends on the different courier services we use.
You can contact our friendly Customer Service Team via the Contact Us form. They can give you more specific updates regarding your delivery, including the time when the order has been packed and scanned at the courier service.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. In the future, you can also elect to have your order left unattended in a safe area of your property if you cannot be home to receive the delivery, as we understand people have busy days and schedules.
