Your delivery could have failed for many reasons like no one was at home to sign for the delivery, you gave an incorrect address, or the driver could not get access to your premises or your building.
For Standard Deliveries, failed deliveries will automatically be rebooked for delivery on the second business day from the original delivery day. For example, if the original delivery day was Monday, then it will be rebooked for delivery on Wednesday.
Alternatively, you can rebook the delivery via the link provided in the failed delivery message. You can rebook up to 5 days into the future, from the second business day after the original delivery attempt.
