If your tracking link shows as COMPLETED and has not yet been delivered, it could be because we've passed it onto a third-party courier. If your order is still within SLA please know we are doing our best to get it to you on time. If it is outside of SLA and the tracking link still shows as completed and you haven't got your order, please contact us. For any urgent trackings or ones that you just want to check up on, please email us and we will look into it for you.
