This usually happens if your order is being delivered by Australia Post. The way to ensure your order arrives via any other delivery option except Australia Post is to place your order online as usual, and then as soon as your purchase is confirmed and the order confirmation screen on our website displays your order number, call our Customer Service Team on 1300 723 388. You can then quote your order number and request our phone agents to physically change the courier on our system to ensure it does not get dispatched via Australia Post.
Unfortunately, there is no way we can save this preference to your account at present, therefore to ensure your orders always come through our other courier partners and delivered to your door, you will have to follow this process every time you place an order online.
