While delivering the correct order at the earliest to our customers is our topmost priority, sometimes due to delivery error, some orders get delivered to the wrong address. In case you have been notified that your order has been delivered successfully when it actually hasn't reached you, please contact our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us form providing details of your order and they will investigate further.
While you wait for the issue to get resolved as quickly as possible, you can also choose to get a replacement order or you can wait for the delivery again. Alternatively, if you no longer wish to receive the items then one of our Customer Care Executives would be happy to arrange a full refund for your order - whichever you prefer.
