Ideally, there should be no problems with your card as long as there is a credit option available. Please ensure the billing information on the order matches up with the credit card as our verification team reviews this for security and fraud purposes. Please type the credit card in manually and ensure the numbers are correct.
Additionally, if you are using a saved card on your My Dan's account, you may have received a new card with an updated expiry date that will need to be used instead of the previously saved card.
Alternatively, the other reason why you may be facing issues in placing an order could be because your account may have been flagged by our verification team.
Please contact our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us form and give your account details and they will investigate this issue further. In case it is confirmed that your account had been flagged unnecessarily, then the matter will be forwarded to our IT team who will be reinstating your account, which should allow you to continue placing orders without any issues. Please allow up to 24 hours for this update to occur.
