There are many reasons why you may not receive an order confirmation email. This can range from an issue with our website or the bank you are with, to a simple missing digit.
If you see a 'Pending' transaction on your bank statement, this means a pre-authorisation charge has occurred. A pre-authorisation charge means that we have NOT accepted the funds as something has gone wrong.
These funds will be returned to your bank account usually within 2-5 business days depending on your bank.
