What is ShipSmart?
ShipSmart is the delivery subscription service exclusive to My Dan's members offering unlimited delivery on wine, spirits, non-liquor and accessories.
How do I buy ShipSmart?
Click here to purchase ShipSmart. Select your preferred delivery location (metro or regional). Then simply check out and pay and you’re ready to go. You can use ShipSmart to receive free delivery as soon as it’s in your cart.
Should I get a metro or regional subscription?
If you’re not sure which subscription to pick, enter your postcode and we will suggest the best subscription option for that location. Metro subscriptions will receive 2-day priority delivery. A regional subscription includes delivery to both regional and metro locations and orders will be delivered with our priority standard delivery in 2 - 7 days.
Once I have ShipSmart, how do I use it?
ShipSmart will be presented as a delivery option during checkout. Remember to sign in before proceeding to checkout, otherwise you will not be able to use your subscription.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
There are no cancellations or refunds for ShipSmart subscriptions.
What happens if I reach the limit on beer?
If you reach the 10 case limit on your beer, RTDs and cider allowance, then standard delivery rates apply for any cases above the limit. You can purchase another subscription if you would like to refresh your allowance.
What items aren't included in ShipSmart delivery?
At present, all Direct from Supplier items, Vintec fridges and select accessories are not eligible for ShipSmart delivery.
What is the fair use policy?
The fair use policy is to limit excessive orders across multiple addresses. Excessive orders would be a consistent pattern of multiple orders in a day or week. We will contact you if your subscription exceeds the fair use policy.
Can I use my ShipSmart subscription for gifts or for other people?
Yes, ShipSmart can be used to send gifts to friends. Note that our multi-recipient corporate orders are not eligible to use ShipSmart.
