I no longer want to receive My Dan's member emails. How do I unsubscribe?
We want to stay in touch, but only if you want us to... If you'd like to unsubscribe, simply click on the link at the end of the email. Note that although you can unsubscribe from additional emails, you'll still receive communications relating to your My Dan's membership, such as your membership statement.
How do I reset or change my password?
Forgotten your password? Don't fret — we have a reset password tool for that. If you remember your password but would like to change it, you'll find this option in the 'My Details' section of your My Account page.
Can I retake the quiz in order to change my personal drinks preferences?
You sure can - simply sign in and visit your profile, then look for the link to retake the quiz. Keep in mind that the quiz tells us all the drinks you like, not just your favourite. So even if you're a "red wine connoisseur", we know you may also like to see offers on white wine, whisky or other.
How do I update my membership details?
You can update your details on your My Account page. Simply click on the edit button, update your details then save the changes.
Why aren't I receiving My Dan's emails?
It's likely your My Dan's emails are going to your junk or spam folder — if you find an email here, select the 'not spam' option or similar to ensure future emails land in your inbox. If you can't locate any emails, check your email address is correct on your My Account page.
