Someone I know received an offer I didn't - why?
My Dan's aims to tailor your benefits to your personal drinks profile, which means your offers may be different to other members'. Be sure to complete your drinks profile to ensure you receive the best offers for you.
Can I use a member offer in conjunction with other offers?
While you can redeem multiple offers in the same transaction, you can't use one offer on top of another. That said, you'll always get the lowest available price.
When do your offers end?
Offers normally run for a week and member offers usually run for a month, however, it is best to give us a call to confirm this as some offers have different durations.
Is there a limit?
As a retailer, we have retail limits on purchases. Some of our offers will also have limits. You will be able to check this by locating the product on the website. Next to the product, it will stipulate in red text if there is a redemption limit and what that limit is per day.
Can I redeem My Dan's offers more than once?
All offers are different, but unless stated otherwise you can redeem your member offer multiple times during the offer time period.
How do I redeem my offers?
You can redeem member offers in-store by showing your My Dan's card when you shop. If you shop online, simply sign in to ensure you're getting the member price.
Why can't I get this in-store offer online?
Occasionally, stores can have their own in-store offers specifically for that store. Therefore it does not apply to all the other branches. This may be because a store is price beating a local competitor.
