How do I track my order?
You can check the status of your order in 'My Account'. Under 'My Orders', select Track Orders. You can View the details of each order, then select the Track Parcel link for each delivery. If your order has been dispatched, please allow for the estimated delivery time frame for your postcode to elapse before contacting us to investigate.
Deliveries to multiple addresses
There are two ways to place an order for delivery to multiple addresses:
Individually add each address at stage 2 (Delivery Details) of the checkout process.
Download and complete the address template, and upload the file at stage 2 (Delivery Details) of the checkout process
All multiple address orders will be delivered by standard delivery. Same, next and pick a business day deliveries and Saturday deliveries are not available for multiple address orders.
Sometimes, the quickest way to get the order to you is by sending it from two different stores (depending on stock availability). You will only pay for one delivery. From time to time minor delays may occur.
We do try our best to source products from the closest delivery store to the delivery address on the order. Unfortunately, as not all of our stores provide deliveries, occasionally the products do have to be sourced from our interstate delivery warehouses.
Vintec Australia will contact you within 2 business days to arrange a time for delivery of your wine cabinet.
Please note: Same, next and pick a business day delivery and Saturday delivery options are not available for Wine cabinet delivery.
The delivery cost and timeframe will depend on your location and the type of wine cabinet you've purchased. Use can use the delivery estimator on the product page to see an estimated delivery charge.
Vintec cabinets are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks for Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne/Perth and up to 4 weeks for all other areas
Transtherm cabinets are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks for Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne and up to 6 weeks for all other areas
Refunds or exchanges:
We recommend that you thoroughly inspect your wine cabinet for faults or defects when it is delivered. If it is faulty, an exchange/refund is available. If you need to return the fridge because you made the wrong selection, you may incur additional delivery charges.
